Select jump and proceed through the only door that opens fully. You can also lash out with a three-hit strike to floor them, then attempt a grab when they get back up. The best time to grab them is to wait for them to exhaust themselves or if they miss with a powered hit. Toss-drop the scientists to the ground below to kill them instantly.
